Green Ufo March 1999 Philippines

" To close our minds to the possibilities no matter how out of this world they might be is not wise. Our world existed for so long and has kept a lot of secrets. Don' t we realize that so called fakes (at least some of them anyway)are a result of the truthful encounters rather than the way around? In my town here in the Philippines, it never occurred to me to have experienced a UFO encounter along with 2 of my friends while we're fishing at night. it happened march 1999 at exactly 11:04 pm when the sky and everything around us suddenly was covered in bright light of greenish tint and it seemed like a dull hum of electricity was heard. it lasted for a couple of seconds, enough for us to look around and up to behold a glowing object and suddenly flew away. If we keep an open mind of the things around us, there are a lot of things waiting to be discovered.
