Black Triangle Ufo Observed Outside Of Victoria British Columbia Letter And Diagram

" (FROM BRIAN VIKE'S UFO FILES) POSTED BY BRIAN." Hi Brian Vike: It was on a Wednesday evening at 8:15 p.m. when I actually saw a black triangle shaped aircraft fly right over my apartment building!

I first heard the sound of a jet engine running at very low power and quickly looked out the window to see the aircraft. It was flat, a non reflective deep black about 15 m on each side, with a red, non blinking round light a little bit from each corner. It was only about 30m or less from the ground and was moving very slowly as it was banking to the left (toward the downtown area) showing the top surface with the red light at the corners.
