I have stated numerous times that I believe we are seeing the formation of what I would call THE PERFECT STORM. The Middle east continues to build to some kind of tipping point and Israel is now bracing for an all out war where it will have to evacuate major cities and relocate its citizens. The EU is coming apart and this latest article points to a limit on how much people can withdraw from ATM's. What happens if the Euro really goes south, how will that affect the dollar. (SEE LINK IN OTHER NEWS)
Russia is sending helicopters to Syria and it appears that the Assad government is maintaining the status quo as it continues to butcher its own citizens in order to hold onto the reigns of power. Syria could be the flash point that kicks the war into high gear. (SEE LINK IN OTHER NEWS)
I posted a link to a video showing the rabid anti-Semitic rhetoric that is now openly being displayed in Egypt. In my opinion this is the same spirit that drove the Nazi's to induce the Final Solution and it is once again manifesting.
It appears that Obama is loosing favor with some of his support base as people realize that he has done nothing for the country other than drive it deeper in debt and created class warfare. Like Jerry Brown who is my Governor out here in California, both politicians don't have a clue as to how to move America forward other than raise taxes.
If we put all of these ongoing struggles and situations into a pot and create a geopolitical stew, we see that all of this is interconnected. When the war kicks off in the Middle East it will send shock waves through the financial centers of the world.
Here's what I think will most likely happen in the near future.
* The war in the Middle East will erupt. We will see nukes, chemical warfare and other weapons used which will bring about mass casualties. This war will be WWIII and might be preceded by a smaller skirmish or what I would refer to as the Psalm 83 war. Look for Russia to be involved as Putin will not back down. (SEE LINK IN OTHER NEWS)
* The Euro will crash followed by the collapse of the European Union. This will cause wide-spread anarchy and panic throughout Europe. Look for rioting and food shortages.
* The Dollar will follow the Euro's lead. Now might be a good time to dump the cash and buy food and perhaps silver.
* Look for some kind of an event here, whether false flag or real, the end game will be to create restrictions on travel and our liberty.
* Fukishima is a nightmare waiting to happen. As Rose posted in the comment section a day or so ago, the reactors are unstable and we should realize that if the pool of Cesium leaks into the Pacific it's a huge game changer.
* When all of this comes down watch the skies as the supernatural will begin to manifest. I believe we will see large craft, think UFOs here, hover over the cities of the world and the so-called Extraterrestrial Disclosure will happen. Please remember that I have been warning of this for years and I think we are on the verge of seeing it happen as the perfect storm is forming before our eyes. This is the ultimate game changer and begins the time of the Great Deception.
In closing todays post: I realize that this is a dark, sobering, post and frankly I wish I had something more positive to say. However, this is what I see and while I am not a prophet, I do believe that we are in for a very nasty time in the near future. It's time to prepare. Get food and water and link up with like-minded people. We were warned that we would see the very signs that are manifesting right now, before the return of Jesus. We can choose to ignore them or begin to tell others and prepare for what is coming. In the end what was written thousands of years ago will be fulfilled. His words are true.
I have been reflecting upon my previous post about the "Jondroid." I realize that it might come off with more than a soupcon of wide-eyed optimism regarding the convergence of humanity and technology. It is a familiar refrain: "the future will be brighter and technology will make it so."I'm aware of the troubles that are leeched onto that statement like suckerfish holding on to a whale. First of all, technology has its limitations. We are indeed quite a ways off from constructing the virtual, online paradises I alluded to and I know that. Secondly, it does not preclude all problems. In fact, such a virtual environment will bring on complications that we haven't even thought of.While walking the dogs this morning, I tried to envision what these issues might entail. Consider what I call the "Heaven on Earth" scenario.
What if a blissful state could truly be constructed online, one tailored to the needs of the user? True Heaven. The kind that humans could establish right here, right now in the real world if we only wanted to live as one, or more to the point, were able to fully evolve past our survivalist instincts. Who would control access to such a world? Could this give rise to entirely new religions and dogmas? Could our gods become composed of zeroes and ones? Face it.
Religions have cropped up over far more dubious premises. Can you imagine the new wave of evangelism? "Follow the way, do as I say, and gain entry into the digital kingdom where your troubles will be no more. Follow the way not...and you are damned." Scary. I need to re-evaluate transhumanism and to try to see the other possibilities, both positive and negative. Not giving up. Not by any stretch. Just trying to be realistic.
This goes for the concepts of UFOs and extraterrestrials as well. Throughout my reading on the topic (32+ years as I said in my debut post), I've always presumed that genuine, unresolved UFO encounters were instances of alien contact. Need they be alien? Why not extradimensional? Time travelers? Perhaps even complex psychological manifestations, or even concepts far more "out there" than those. I'm now willing to let go of my preconceived notions and take a more "postmodern" approach to paranormal phenomena than I ever have before, even if it seems bizarre and alien (pardon the pun) to me.
Also, I did not mean to bash Luddites. If you are a Luddite or a Luddite enthusiast, you are well within your right to be so...although if you're opposed to the Internet, you probably didn't read the post anyway...or this one. My targeting in the previous post was one certain individual whom I do not wish to name but has made hypercritical and quite honestly, woefully formulated allegations against our current age of technology. There is such a thing as throwing the baby out with the bathwater. I for one do not recommend it.

Sasquatch was in the Mythos of the Haida and Kwakiutl etc. just like the Wasgo had been, but with a difference. They had spoken of the Wasgo as belonging to the concrete world, but the Sasquatch [even though a land dweller] as part of the group of powerful animal-spirits linked to the ocean--sort of like another reality from which they and their power emanated. These were the real spirit-gods and, I believe that trickster gods like Raven [or coyote, further south] were denizens of that realm as well. So, we're on the edge of All-the-Way-Fool again.
I just sat that all aside. I was no expert, and obviously didn't know what I was talking about. I tried, poorly, to keep a little track--weird ideas would come up, and plenty of hoaxes and people going so far as to threaten and punch out others at meetings [and we thought we had it bad in UFOlogy!]--and then I began to notice Bigfoot creeping into UFOlogy. But IF not, and if the pretty girl and her mom were honest [how can you not trust a pretty girl and her mom?], then what in or out of the world were we dealing with?
According to my "guts', ABSMs and UFOs are not supposed to mix. I had been aware that an Indiana UFOlogist, Don Worley, had collected several such cases, but ignored it. This week marks the 75th anniversary of Amelia Earhart's disappearance from her circumnavigational attempt around the globe in 1937. And I want to talk about it.
America's obsession with Amelia stems from that she was a strong, badass feminist who did not only what many men couldn't do but what many people couldn't -- fly a plane and do it well. She was a bestselling author and faculty at Purdue University to boot, and was instrumental in the creation of the first female coalition of pilots, The Ninety-Nines (still going strong with nearly 6,000 members nationwide in thirty countries).
My obsession is that she was super foxy and didn't let anything hold her back.
There were really non-factual rumors that she was a lesbian -- basically because anyone who's a feminist and has a strong, female voice must be, right? -- but she was, in fact, married to a man. Though I'm not gigantically into the idea of marriage, I like the way Amelia went about hers -- the following are excerpts from her letter that was hand-delivered to her husband George Putnam on the day of their wedding:
"You must know again my reluctance to marry, my feeling that I shatter thereby chances in work which means most to meOn our life together I want you to understand I shall not hold you to any midevil code of faithfulness to me nor shall I consider myself bound to you similarly."
The rest of the letter states that she's going to have her own place where she can go to hang out alone, and if in a year they find themselves unhappy, they'll just get a divorce.
All of this seems cool and reminiscent of open relationships now, but this was 1931. As in 1931. For a woman who refused to call her marriage anything other than a partnership and who had newspapers refer to her husband as "Mr. Earhart," this was a huge deal.
Other than in her partnership, she was a feminist icon as she was a goal-oriented, result-seeking career woman. In 1930, many women were working switchboards as telephone operators and working in factories. Amelia was a woman that traveled the world and worked her ass off to do as she pleased, and that was the icon that women needed back then. Her vast knowledge of what she spoke about was also impressive.
Some have theorized that when she left Lae, New Guinea, headed for Howland Island (a small, unincorporated island located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean) that it was a planned disappearance. Yet, that may be odd, as she was flying with Fred Noonan, who was also married at the time. They met through mutual connections, and she chose him as her flight partner based on his high rankings as a flight navigator for Pan Am and sea captain. Their rumored affair took flight (hehe) in 1943 with the film Flight for Freedom, which also speculated that Amelia was in ties with the U.S. Navy. Along with "running for love," there are speculations that Amelia was taken into prison in Japan, that she lived in New Jersey under the alias Irene Bolam, that she was a Tokyo Roseso many odd choices, when in all truth and honesty, it seems that the flight communication was jumbled.
When Amelia lost communications, the weather was clear, but she was flying really low -- 1,000 feet above sea level to be exact. Why, though? Though the weather was clear, it seemed that there were some pretty thick clouds that weren't allowing for much visibility. Therefore, since she was having issues with radio communication, Amelia dropped lower to attempt to see the smokescreen that was being set for her to find her landing. Alas, communication was cut off before she could get to it. (She and Noonan were using newer forms of communication, and it's theorized that signals were crossing, making it overall difficult to hear).
And, if search crews went out to find her right after, why wasn't she found? Oddly enough, though she was flying toward American soil, she was near the Japanese-controlled Marshall Islands.
Considering we weren't in the best of places with Japan in 1937, the odds of the flight debris being sought after weren't so great. According to three radioed attempts, she had attempted to turn back to the Gilbert Islands before completely losing radio transmission.
Amelia's legacy is a complete mystery, mostly because there are so many theories attached to it. Her fame and celebrity status didn't bother her, so it seems -- she enjoyed being able to fly and meet companions doing so. However, her disappearance leaves all of us wondering where she could be. Remains are said to have been found, but nothing is set in stone, leaving all of us to pine after the feminist icon who paved the road (and sky) for American women to be independent, free-thinking dreamers in the clouds. Here's to you, Amelia. You make me want to wear bomber jackets and set my path on fire. You were a woman to be reckoned with and I salute your true spirit.
