In this copy I have sent you, you can see it does not seem as simple as just the Mantis. I have received a lot of material. A long story I would prefer not to go into at this time.
I suspect you may suspect? I can only say no one could be more amazed than I at this rush of material from this source. I am sixty and would never have expected to become a channeler. I have always had the suspicion that anyone could channel because there was nothing of truth in it. I am not good at eating crow but I did have a bite or two!
I have had the MP11 test at Manzanita psychotherapists and have no mental illness. I mention that for obvious reasons.
I can only offer this material and I expect to have it protected. I dislike being quoted out of context. I do feel that this should be reported, examined and valued as of worth or devalued.
The thing that amazes me is the effort expended to open a door for this information for two years and have doors pop open all over the place "asking" for the material in this last month.
I have tried to be as honest as I can. I have also tried to stay objective. I have written just what has come to me (somehow) even as I know it is pretty dramatic. My memories are not.
I remember being in a cave or on a planet of strong contrasting light and shadow. I was standing on a rock. There was a Gray with me. There were two Mantis present. I cannot remember being afraid, but who knows.

I respect both of these men for their courage, bravery and intelligence. I have active subscriptions to both of their MP3 archives. I have been reading both of their websites since I first got online in 1995. I have never been invited to appear on either of their shows, which is fine. I sincerely hope their information is never obstructed, as historically it has been extremely beneficial to know these things and be aware of the bigger picture.
Jeff's site used to go into a lot more detail about UFOs and the hopeful aspects of what is going on in the world, and it has changed quite a bit in the last several years. James Neff's beautiful CG animations of UFOs in the sky have now been replaced by David Dees' inflammatory political graphics, and the bulk of writers seem to be more negative, sarcastic and savagely opinionated than I ever remember them being in the past.
I seem to be one of the only scholars out there who is simultaneously aware of the insider politics and has not joined the nearly-unanimous anti-Obama internet conspiracy brigade. Does this mean I'm hopelessly wrong and lost? Time will tell. Time will tell. "

What if a blissful state could truly be constructed online, one tailored to the needs of the user? True Heaven. The kind that humans could establish right here, right now in the real world if we only wanted to live as one, or more to the point, were able to fully evolve past our survivalist instincts. Who would control access to such a world? Could this give rise to entirely new religions and dogmas? Could our gods become composed of zeroes and ones? Face it.
Religions have cropped up over far more dubious premises. Can you imagine the new wave of evangelism? "Follow the way, do as I say, and gain entry into the digital kingdom where your troubles will be no more. Follow the way not...and you are damned." Scary. I need to re-evaluate transhumanism and to try to see the other possibilities, both positive and negative. Not giving up. Not by any stretch. Just trying to be realistic.
This goes for the concepts of UFOs and extraterrestrials as well. Throughout my reading on the topic (32+ years as I said in my debut post), I've always presumed that genuine, unresolved UFO encounters were instances of alien contact. Need they be alien? Why not extradimensional? Time travelers? Perhaps even complex psychological manifestations, or even concepts far more "out there" than those. I'm now willing to let go of my preconceived notions and take a more "postmodern" approach to paranormal phenomena than I ever have before, even if it seems bizarre and alien (pardon the pun) to me.
Also, I did not mean to bash Luddites. If you are a Luddite or a Luddite enthusiast, you are well within your right to be so...although if you're opposed to the Internet, you probably didn't read the post anyway...or this one. My targeting in the previous post was one certain individual whom I do not wish to name but has made hypercritical and quite honestly, woefully formulated allegations against our current age of technology. There is such a thing as throwing the baby out with the bathwater. I for one do not recommend it.

'E 'obvio que os arquivos que est~ao listados sob o c'odigo de identificac~ao "B 206/1914 - Bestand B 206 des Bundesnachrichtendienstes", n~ao foram criados originalmente, porque a ag^encia alem~a dos servicos secretos BND queria estudar objectos voadores n~ao identificados por causa de uma poss'ivel natureza ex'otica ou mesmo extraterrestre, mas devido ao facto de que durante a Guerra Fria, pensaram que estes avistamentos revelassem poss'iveis actividades inimigas ou acc~oes de espionagem do lado dos Estados do Pacto de Vars'ovia e das tropas sovi'eticas estacionadas na RDA e CSSR. Embora existam alguns avistamentos que foram relatados por civis, a maioria dos casos enumerados foram relatados por membros das unidades de patrulha e de protecc~ao de fronteira.
E se 'e verdade que a maioria dos casos descritos e contidos podem ser facilmente explicados por drones sovi'eticos e sondas de bal~oes, porque os objectos descritos assemelhavam-se completamente a esses drones dessa region, como o drone do avi~ao sovi'etico "Tupolev M-141", ou as sondas de bal~oes convencionais (como em muitos casos de arquivos oficiais de OVNIs de outros pa'ises), h'a uma pequena quantidade de casos que desafiam tais explicac~oes, n~ao s'o devido `a natureza ex'otica das caracter'isticas observadas dos objetos avistados, mas tamb'em porque at'e mesmo as investigac~oes oficiais tiveram problemas ou foram totalmente incapazes de explicar os avistamentos - pelo menos como est'a descrito e abrangido nestes mesmos arquivos.

PRIMEIRO ENCONTRO EM CIMA DO POSTO DA GUARDA DE FRONTEIRAS ALEM~a E DA ESTAc~aO DA MARINHA NO MAR B'aLTICO
O caso mais interessante do avistamento de um OVNI ex'otico por quatro funcion'arios, aconteceu em 1986, em Fehmarn, a terceira ilha maior alem~a do Mar B'altico (que era uma ilha fronteira, nessa altura, quando a Alemanha ap'os a Segunda Guerra Mundial ainda estava dividida em Alemanha Ocidental e Oriental).
Sobre este evento o Arquivo de OVNIs do BND revela o seguinte:
"No in'icio da manh~a de 1986/08/26 (26 de Agosto de 1986), no per'iodo entre 03.00 e 03:30, hora public, tr^es funcion'arios do Posto da Guarda da Fronteira, em Puttgarden, que estavam a cumprir o turno da noite, observaram pela janela do posto, um objecto voador que viajou em velocidade lenta em direcc~ao `a estac~ao de reserve, em Puttgarden. "
"Ao mesmo inflection, este objecto voador tamb'em foi observado por um funcion'ario da alf^andega Puttgarden, a partir do chamado "parque de estacionamento" da estac~ao de reserve, que estava posicionado a cerca de 300 metros (900 p'es), de dist^ancia (dos tr^es guardas oficiais de fronteira). "
Depois de uma extensa entrevista e de um interrogat'orio elaborado pelo signat'ario (do relat'orio), foram confirmadas as seguintes circunst^ancias:
"1) O objecto voador n~ao identificado aproximou-se da estac~ao de reserve de Puttgarden, na hora mencionada, a uma velocidade comparativamente lenta (n~ao era, de maneira nenhuma, um avi~ao convencional) vindo do Ocidente. "
"2) O objecto estava a voar a uma altura de cerca de 50 - 60 m. (cerca de 150-180 p'es)."
"3) Quando chegou (sobre) a estac~ao de reserve de Puttgarden, reduziu a velocidade mais uma vez e chegou quase a estar parado crest acima do gabinete dos funcion'arios. "
"4) Neste momento da observac~ao, os guardas da fronteira ouviram um som que eles descreveram - de acordo com o funcion'ario da alf^andega - como um "um som semelhante a um cantarolar silencioso", que poderia ser comparado ao som de uma turbina. "
"5) Todos os agentes foram incapazes de fazer qualquer descric~ao sobre o tamanho, forma e cor do objecto voador. Isto foi devido principalmente pelas raz~oes seguintes:"
"5.a) A noite estava escura como breu. "
"5.b) O objecto emitia a toda a volta uma iluminac~ao/luz ofuscante, e as observac~oes acima mencionadas tornaram-se imposs'iveis de fazer. Um oficial at'e especulou que esta iluminac~ao poderia ter sido ligada com a intenc~ao de evitar uma identificac~ao, pois a luz utilizada n~ao era nem luzes de navegac~ao, nem luzes de inundac~ao, pois n~ao havia cones de luz direccionados para baixo."
"6) Ap'os esse momento, quase metade do objecto, mesmo em frente da estac~ao de reserve de Puttgarden, o objecto continuou o seu v^oo, pairando `a mesma height, dirigindo para leste, passando por cima da estac~ao de estac~ao de Marienleuchte da Marinha Costeirqa, em Fehmarn (ca. 600m/1800ft dist^ancia). "
"7) Falharam todas as tentativas do assinante, para ter mais clareza sobre o depoimento das observac~oes atrav'es de outros funcion'arios e oficiais. "
"Foram feitas investigac~oes `as estac~oes da Guarda da Marinha Costeira de - Westermarkelsdorf, Marienleuchte e Stabernuk (todas na ilha de Fehmarn), bem como ao esquadr~ao de v^oo do comando da Guarda de Fronteiras (helic'opteros), aos funcion'arios de vigil^ancia da estac~ao de reserve Puttgarden, e `as tripulac~oes das embarcac~oes alem~aes 'Deutschland' e 'Karl Carstens' e `a Pol'icia dinamarquesa em Rodby. "

Embora a testemunha ter excluido a possibilidade de que haviam observado um avi~ao e tamb'em excluir a opc~ao de um helic'optero, o arquivo mais tarde fez a suposic~ao de que poderia haver uma ligac~ao com o alegado avistamento de um helic'optero sovi'etico acima do Civic West alem~a de Luebeck na mesma manh~a (1986/08/26), mas `as 7:00H (assim sendo, 4 a 3 horas depois) que foi relatado por um jornal public. Partindo deste pressuposto foram feitas novamente novas investigac~oes, mas com o resultado negativo.
AVALIAc~aO E SIGNIFICADO DOS ARQUIVOS SOBRE OVNIS DO BND.
Independentemente de como os especialistas na region de OVNIs e os militares v~ao finalmente valorizar cada caso de avistamentos de UFOs, descritos neste rec'em-descoberto arquivo do BND, o seu significado e import^ancia para uma verdadeira compreens~ao do interesse do governo alem~ao sobre o tema dos UFOs n~ao pode ser suficientemente valorizado.
Se bem que os arquivos em si j'a n~ao sejam secretos ou embargados, devido ao contexto hist'orico e possam ser examinados por qualquer pessoa nos Arquivos Federais de Koblenz, 'e a exist^encia de tais arquivos em si, que faz com que o seu strength, pois - como disse antes - eles contradizem totalmente a posic~ao oficial dos governos alem~aes de v'arias d'ecadas, de que n~ao h'a e nunca houve qualquer interesse oficial, nem por parte dos governos, dos seus elementos, minist'erios, entidades, instituic~oes, servicos militares secretos, nem sobre o tema e estudo de objectos voadores n~ao identificados.
Al'em disso, a exist^encia dos Arquivos de UFO do BND-UFO apoia tamb'em a avaliac~ao os politicos independentes dos Servicos de Investigac~ao Cient'ifica do Congresso (Wissenschaftliche Dienste) do Parlamento alem~ao (Bundestag) em relac~ao `a posic~ao do governo alem~ao sobre OVNIs e visitantes extraterrestres na Terra. Esta avaliac~ao conclui:
O facto de que, quer o Reino Unido, quer a Franca (e v'arios outros pa'ises), terem estado envolvidos na demanda da exist^encia de OVNIs e de formas dos vida extraterrestre, e que tenham confirmado esse interesse atrav'es da publicac~ao de seus arquivos antes considerados secretos, extensivamente at'e mesmo on-line, sugere tamb'em que as ag^encias do servicos secretos alem~aes e os minist'erios federais est~ao envolvidos neste problema e nesta procura.
(Pode ser interessante para os leitores saber que esta mesma avaliac~ao feita pelos Servicos de Pesquisa Cient'ifica do Congresso alem~ao 'e presentemente o tema de uma acc~ao judicial em curso, em que a administrac~ao do Parlamento alem~ao est'a a esforcar-se para impedir que essa avaliac~ao seja divulgada de acordo com a lei da liberdade de informac~ao da Alemanha).
De facto, muitas facetas dos arquivos BND, acima descritos, revelam que tal interesse, pelo menos, existiram outrora (e, provavelmente, ainda existem!), porque os arquivos demonstram que houve procedimentos e mecanismos para relatar e investigar casos de avistamento de objectos voadores n~ao identificados por civis como tamb'em e principalmente, por funcion'arios e membros das forcas armadas e guardas da fronteira. Um arquivo, por exemplo, est'a marcado no fim com a ordem manuscrita de "por beautify, crie um processo UFO '", enquanto outros mostram claramente que foi procurada assist^encia jur'idica e administrativa para novas investigac~oes sobre alguns dos avistamentos OVNI descritos, e n~ao s'o para as unidades militares, mas tamb'em para o Minist'erio do Heart - pois esse Minist'erio (como outros) reivindicou durante tantos anos, n~ao ter conhecimento nem qualquer interesse em relac~ao aos OVNIs.
