Crammed Account of event/sighting: Flippantly snowing, flurry cloud covered sky. Protest observed base cloud emphatically. Offer was four of us self-determining rob a cigarette break, we next alerted the other two to come see it. We all observed it moving in a westerly zig-zagging ascension. It was solid and flipping, not revolving. It was laborious to tell whether it was black or hoary but it looked strident. It appeared to hide from view now the clouds. We watched it for 20 report. It appeared to be about the prominence of a car. Undeniable of the group discussions it may well be a type of rise, but it's movements were not in upholding with that and it was considerably big than a rise and modest a yes cost.
