CLAIM: ALIEN TECH USED TO THIN POPULATION
Laura Eisenhower was speaking on the sidelines of a UFO, science and consciousness conference in Johannesburg.
She said natural faults in the earth were being manipulated to produce catastrophes like tsunamis and earthquakes using Haarp technology or bio-weapons.
According to the website www.haarp.net, Haarp technology is a focused and steerable electromagnetic beam used to heat the upper atmosphere and bounce elecromagnetic waves back to earth.
Eisenhower said this was part of a secret agenda by a number of governments to decrease the earth's human population in favour of colonies on mars and the moon.
"Extraterrestrials have been working with governments for a while," she said, adding that treaties with the other-worldly beings were signed every 10 years.
This had remained fairly well hidden through mind-control and manipulation.
Contact with extraterrestrials was merely the result of an expanding consciousness that there was life beyond earth, said Eisenhower.
"As consciousness expands, we invoke and become more in contact with our universal family."
She said she was recruited by an agent in 2006 to take part in a mission to a Mars colony.
However, she was able to break free from the mind control techniques.
She said people had been teleported to Mars since the 1970s and that the size of the population there was continuing to shift and expand.

He began his UFO sightings in 1949, sightings, ten of them, that wouldn't stop until 1950. The first sightings happened in the summer when the Jitney Carnival was going full blast. Hundreds of carnival goers watched wide eyed, as a glowing UFO hovered silently above them, glowing from bright to dull. Three newspapers, The Cincinnati Post, The Cincinnati Enquirer and the Cincinnati Times carried stories with screaming headlines the next day.
The Burger logs stated that the UFO's would always appear after 11:00 PM, and leave at 6:30 AM. Once, Burger even moved his searchlights away from the UFO's to see if they contributed to the glow of the objects, they didn't. The UFO's remained glowing at the same level.

During the Norwood festival, Managing Editor Robert Linn, of the Cincinnati Post, and Reverend Gregory Miller were certain that Burger's lights had found UFO's and reported it to military intelligence at Wright Field, near Akron, Ohio.The military chose to overlook the sightings this was something Linn and Miller couldn't understand. An Explanation Given:
Some press reports minimized the sighting reports as nothing more than searchlight reflections from the cloud cover. Several churches and at least one theatre were operating searchlights on the first night of the reports. However, sightings were made all night long until daybreak, and it is very unlikely that the searchlights were operating the entire time. One official from the weather bureau made a report of an early morning sighting of "two objects" that appeared to be weather ceiling balloons, but they were motionless, despite winds up to 32 mph.

"Definite Object":
Robert Linn, who was managing editor of the Cincinnati Post, along with Reverend Miller, both stated that Berger's searchlight had accidently found a "definite object, and the light only enhanced its view from the ground. They reported this to Wright Field in Dayton, Ohio. Although many reports were made of the unusual objects, Project Grudge would not investigate the case, either from lack of funds or lack of interest.

n late 2005, Martinez wrote that these DIA sources had reached out to him to reveal information about "Project SERPO," a later code name for a secret "exchange program" in the 1960s, '70s and '80s between a small team of American military personnel and extraterrestrial visitors who had established contact with the U.S. Government.Other information reportedly provided by these sources noted that the U.S. Government maintains records collected by both U.S. officials and a race of extraterrestrials that notes visitation to Earth in ancient times.The most recent information report from the anonymous sources via Martinez makes the claim that "A highly classified, sensitive operation with far-reaching national security implications that took place in 1968."
ET VISITATION IN DINOSAUR AGE
"A [redacted] archaeological team uncovered a large metallic object in a remote area of southern [redacted] which is a close NATO ally of ours," according to Martinez' anonymous sources.The sources also reportedly told Martinez, "The object was believed to be an alien spacecraft that had crashed approximately 200 million years ago according to the archaeological team. The site subsequently was examined by a USAF recovery team, which then put the age of the alien craft at approximately 150 million years ago."As fantastic as this sounds, it is not inconsistent with other speculation that if extraterrestrial visitors have been coming to Earth in recent decades, it is possible they visited in previous centuries and in the far-distant past.
Martinez reports that his sources stated, "Our scientists used the absolute dating method employing decaying radioactive isotopes. Sedimentary rock formations and the fact that the object was embedded into the rock were used to estimate the age of the alien craft."The alien craft itself was 45 feet in diameter," the sources continued. "The craft was transported to the State of [redacted] and then to the giant [redacted] lab complex in [redacted] and opened."The alien craft contained two highly decomposed alien bodies and decayed animals, which were apparently abducted by these alien beings. ANALYZING THE CRAFT :
Martinez states that his sources provided the following information: "The craft was stored at [redacted] and years of intense research were conducted. The last time I checked, the research team ruled out the craft being of Eben origin."Eben" is a name allegedly given to an ET culture who have visited Earth from the Zeta Reticuli star system, were the group who crashed in Roswell and the beings with whom the U.S. shared the exchange program.The anonymous sources allegedly added, "However, no one could tell where it came from. The alien bodies were far too decomposed to be thoroughly examined. They were about 5 feet tall and had very large, bulbous heads."To the best of my knowledge, 'Operation [redacted]' is still an ongoing project.
I personally worked on the operation in the early '70s."The instruments from the craft were interesting because they were made of small crystal-like devices, wired together with a form of very fine wire."The alien propulsion system contained a large chamber with what we called 'rocks' (obviously some form of energy) in the chamber. In the posting on SERPO.org and in his e-mail stream, Martinez and his anonymous sources reflect on the implications of what a discovery of this nature means."Anonymous" writes, "... the existence of alien civilizations who had already achieved space traveling capabilities zipping around the Milky Way Galaxy (and perhaps others) truly boggles the mind."The Ebens were perhaps still in their 'galactic diapers' when these alien beings were already visiting other worlds -150-200 MYA [million years ago] and Homo sapiens did not even exist!"One can only wonder and speculate where a civilization - that had already achieved interstellar space travel - would be at today technologically from 150-200 MYA!"
Anonymous and Martinez continued their speculation with Anonymous allegedly stating: "How many star systems have they visited by now? How many other alien civilizations have they made successful contact and interacted with, and perhaps carry on some sort of trade with? How many solar systems have they visited and mapped out in our Milky Way Galaxy and perhaps those of other galaxies?"One also has to consider the possibility that rather than this crash having occurred in our timeline of 150-200 MYA, these alien beings traveled to Earth from the future to our distant past - when dinosaurs ruled - as part of a research mission... that also boggles the mind!" I have, in the past, received a number of emails about Project Blue Book case #1313. For those who don't know, there is a long index of all the Project Blue Book cases, beginning with #1 (which is not the Kenneth Arnold sighting, but one labeled as "Summer 47 - 48, a partially blacked out location and then a note that says it is a File ((INFO) meaning they didn't investigate) to #12,750 (which is a civilian case from Dec 1969 and was labeled as insufficient data).
The case that has reached some level of fame is #1313 from June 20, 1952 in Korea reported by Marine Corps pilots. I received a couple of emails about it but there wasn't much information in those emails and frankly, I was busy with various projects including finishing my last tour with the National Guard. But the last couple of emails intrigued me, so I thought that I would look it up.
According to the information I found, case #1313 was a report from two operations NCOs who saw a glowing object about four feet in diameter. It was from Korea and was labeled as "unidentified." Not too impressive and it didn't involve any Marine pilots as those emails had suggested.
I was confused by that. I checked the cases on either side but found nothing. I did find a comprehensive database that listed all the Project Blue Book unidentified sightings and on it, case #1313 said, "June 20, 1952. Central Korea. 3:03 P.M. 4 USMC Capts. and pilots of F4U-4B Corsair fighters with 7302nd Sqd saw a 10 -20 ft. white or silver oval object make a left-hand orbit at terrific speed."
That is not what I had found. So, I searched a little deeper and found case #1323, also unidentified and also from Korea. This was the one that was the subject of the emails. Sometime right after the Project Blue Book files were declassified, someone confused the two Korea entries and labeled the second as #1313 rather than #1323.
Here then, is the story, as told by Captain Bob Foster, who, tragically was killed in action the next day. In his statement, he said:
At 1415/I I took off from K-6 [airfield designation], Korea with five F4U-4B's on a prebriefed flight to work a Close Air Support flight with the First Marine Division. We reported in to Shirley, Bromide, Dentist, Anaconda, Devastate Baker and Childhood 14, our TAC(A) [which would be the control for the Close Air Support mission]. We were directed to our target by our TAC(A) and we were in a left orbit over the target at CT091129 [grid coordinates]. At 1503/I I observed a white or silver object below me on a north course. At the time I was on an east heading observing the object down at 2 o'clock passing below and in front of me. The object was coming from friendly area. I thought at first it was a shell but observed that it was in a left turn and not in the shape of an artillery shell. This object made a 630 degree turn and was in sight at all time. It made a approximately a 4 mile circle and retired to the east toward friendly lines. At 1504/I I notified my flight when the object was over the target and 4 of 5 saw it over the target. I estimate object was 10' to 20' in diameter. Bomb craters on the ground were about 3 or 4 times as large as the object and I later estimated the bomb craters to be 40' to 50' in diameter. It circled our target area and retired east. I started a dive on the object and at an indicated speed of 250 knots at 4000 feet the object went out of sight still low on the ground (below 1000') estimated speed 1000 MPH or 4 times mine. I pulled back into flight and we continued our Close Air Support flight. This is my first sighting of such an object.
The other pilots who saw the object gave statements, but none were as detailed as that of Foster. These included Captain Richard Francisco, Captain T. L. Pittman, and Captain Ronnie A. McDonald.
That evening, Foster wrote home and told his family about the UFO sighting. He wrote the same thing he did in the report that went to Blue Book, adding that his other pilot, who hadn't seen the object right away, saw it later. He didn't know if there were any ground sightings. He also mentioned that there had been a lot of flying saucer sightings in the area, which is interesting.
If nothing else, I have been able to correct a minor mistake in this case. It really matters little if it was #1313 or #1323. Both are unidentified, both took place in Korea, both out of the same field and both by military personnel. There are no other important details in the cases. Just a little bit of history that needed to be told.

900 year old Alien Skull found to contain DNA not of this earth, UFO sighting and Paranormal news.
THE STARCHILD SKULL is a genuine 900-year-old bone skull found in Mexico in the 1930s. SUMMARY:
Any UFO report from Russia, especially one about a crash or landing, must be viewed with suspicion. One of these cases is the "Secret KGB Files," which present a UFO crash in Russian, and subsequent recovery. The event, according to the reports, occurred in 1969 in the state of Sverdlovsky. The entire event was carried on America's TNT special, "The Secret UFO Files of the KGB." The show was hosted by former James Bond movie star Roger Moore. Compelling video and photographic evidence were shown to support the event.
DEBRIS TAKEN TO SECURE SITE:
Sverdlovsky was formerly Yekatrinburg under the old Soviet leadership. It is alleged that a UFO crashed, and was recovered by the Russian military. Video film is shown of the recovery, with close-ups of the UFO itself. There was one dead alien found in the craft. The remains of the alien and the UFO debris was taken to a secure Russian site, where the saucer was analyzed, and an autopsy was done on the small alien body.
FOOTAGE APPEARS AUTHENTIC:
The film has been scrutinized by American Ufologists, and for the most part, the film appears to be authentic for its time period. The truck that carried troops to the UFO is a circa 1950s model ZIS151, which was, at one time used by the Russian army. Though it would have been difficult to find a 50 year old truck in fairly decent condition, it is possible. The film also looks real as far as the Russian military uniforms go, and the general demeanor of the soldiers.
ALIEN AUTOPSY FILM:
The television special also showed a number of documents that purportedly verify the "top secret" mission. Also, an eyewitness is presented that swears that the event did take place. Personally I thought that the autopsy looked faked because of the medical personnel not wearing caps and gowns, but I later learned that this was not uncommon for that time period in Russia. The room the autopsy was performed in looked authentic. Three men were working around the alien, or what was left of him, while a woman, identified as O.A. Pshonikina, is taking notes.
REALM OF FOLKLORE:
Again, documents are shown to support the autopsy, although there is no way to authentic the documents from a television show. If there was more cooperation between the U. S. and Russia, possibly the events portrayed in the TNT special could be verified, but until more information is received, the Russian crash of 1969 will stay in the realm of folklore.

The most common UFO report I receive is about strange lights in the sky. The lights are often of multiple and/or shifting colors. Sometimes the lights will move in patterns that defy the behavior of conventional aircraft or satellites, such as making right angle turns or 'crazy' loops. Sometimes they will blink out and then reappear in another part of the sky. While these cases are interesting, they are so frequent that it may be difficult to derive new information from them about the nature of UFOs. The more interesting cases involve what J. Allen Hynek, former chairman of astronomy at Northwestern University and father of scientific ufology, called "close encounters of the first, second or third kind." Consider the case of Stephanie (witness names in this blog will be changed to protect their privacy) who related the following set of experiences.Stephanie was tending to her horses one morning when she noticed a thin, rectangular, metallic object across the fenced-in pasture. The object puzzled her, since she was the only one who used the pasture. Even more perplexing - the object had no apparent means of support. In fact, it seemed to be floating in the air. When relating the story to me, Stephanie couldn't comprehend why she didn't go over to take a closer look at the hovering object, which would have been her natural impulse. Later that afternoon, Stephanie returned to the property where she ran into Miguel, the ranch hand who had worked there for many years. Miguel pointed out that her horses were acting strangely, as if they were "scared of something." He went on to say that he had seen a metal object in the pasture that looked like a feeder except it was moving up and down and side-to-side. A grounded and dependable man, Miguel was clearly upset by what he had seen. He told Stephanie, "I don't think it's from here" - meaning, "not from Earth."" Among these was a sighting in the late 1980's of two barbell shaped craft larger than 747's, floating above the trees outside her house. The way she described these events indicated that Stephanie had a personal, even spiritual, relationship with the source of these events. She confided to me that she wasn't sure if they were aliens or spiritual beings. According to Fox News, on Wednesday, August 17, UFO reports caused a major airport in the city Chongqing, China to divert flights. Witnesses reported a round glowing object circling Jiangbei International Airport for nearly 50 minutes. Some have speculated that the object was a hot air balloon or a Chinese lantern. However, there has been no official statement as to what the object really was.
Last summer, on July 7, a similar incident took place which garnered international media attention. Xiaoshan airport in Hangzhou, China was closed for an hour due to UFO sightings. Although the media misreported much of the event, the core story was based off of pilots and passengers who saw a mysterious light over the airport when landing. Like this years event in Chongqing, there was never an official answer as to what the object was. One writer speculated that it could be very wealthy pilots who often fly into airport unannounced.
